Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and number of packages, as well as the destination's distance from our distribution center. Free shipping is available to select products ; however, additional fees will apply for remote or non-primary areas. Shipping rates can be estimated by adding items to your cart, entering your address, and clicking the "Calculate" button.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped promptly. During peak seasons or adverse weather conditions, delays may occur. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
Address Changes
We may request additional verification for orders where the shipping address differs from the billing address. Customers may need to add their shipping address as a secondary address with their card issuer to complete the transaction.
Couriers
We work with trusted shipping carriers and allow customers to select their preferred courier at checkout. However, we reserve the right to choose an alternate courier to meet logistical requirements. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the package is picked up.
Oversized Items
Oversized items exceeding weight or size limits are shipped via freight. These items typically ship within 1–4 business days, with delivery scheduled by the freight company. Freight deliveries are curbside only, and additional fees may apply based on weight and destination.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided once the package is shipped and becomes active after pickup. Customers can track their shipments online.Couriers may attempt delivery once before holding the package for pickup. Reshipping costs will apply if packages are returned due to missed delivery attempts.
Multi-Box Shipments
Orders may arrive in fewer boxes than the number of items purchased, as multiple items can be combined into a single package. Please open all packages before reporting missing items to ensure nothing is overlooked. Local Deliveries and Pickups Local delivery services are available within a specific radius of our warehouse. Pickup options are also offered at our location with orders typically ready within 1–3 business days. Customers must present the credit card used for purchase and matching identification for pickups or deliveries.
Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photos, notify the courier, and contact our Customer Service team immediately. Keep the package in its original condition for inspection or claim filing.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes for smaller items, but physical addresses are required for oversized items. Please provide a suitable address during checkout for larger shipments.
Remote Areas
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations. Customers in these areas will be contacted to confirm any extra costs before processing the order.
Lost or Stolen
Items In cases of lost or stolen packages, we will coordinate with the courier to locate the items. If deemed lost or stolen, a replacement will be provided or, if unavailable, a refund will be issued.
