Dispatch:

- We dispatch orders placed by 2:00 pm Monday to Friday (Toronto EDT ) on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM (Toronto EDT) will be dispatched on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends and Canadian statutory holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders placed during two last weeks before Christmas will be dispatched on the next business day.

Tracked Shipping :

- All of our orders are tracked door to door.
- As soon as your order is processed we will send a tracking number and the name of the shipping carrier to the email address provided by the customer (please fill in a correct email address).
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number to show up in the system.

Depending on the item weight and your location we will choose the best suitable delivery option.

Canada Post: 1 to 7 business days.

FedEx Ground Canada: 1 to 5 business days.
