Just got this on Friday. Very easy assembly for someone like myself who gets frustrated with furniture assembly easily. QUITE heavy but I say that as a good thing. I know it's going to be very sturdy when I bench on it. The material is very grippy, which you will appreciate when trying to get a good bench setup. My old bench was faux leather and I had to use a band to help grip myself if I was wearing a t shirt. The pads are pretty nice and wide as well. Very sturdy and I'm already loving the ability to do 15 and 30 degree inclines (I used to only have the option of flat or 45). As I also bought the freestanding leg extension machine, the front foot of the bench works great for weighing that down as well. Very excited to be using this frequently.
