Cross-over attachment for GF 1100 Model with a chip-resistant powder coating  black metallic finish and polished chrome guide posts. Cables move smoothly, with fiberglass-reinforced pulleys. The trainer comes with two D-Ring handles, and easy to follow instructions to attach it to your GF 1100 Power Rack or any similar rack to ours. (Installation may require drilling few holes)

This set comes complete with two columns independent from each other. If you wish to only install one side due to space constriants, you are free to do so without it hindering the performance.
