Bench arrived damaged (back pad was damaged, both wheels were missing and some of the black coating on the frame was scratched off). Customer support was quick to replace the back pad and send the wheels. The bench itself is solid. Padding feels nice and feels very supportive when doing bench work. It is very heavy and stable.

Have had this bench for a year now and it's awesome. Build quality is top notch and very sturdy, bordering on heavy duty. Excellent value!
