This is a great bar for the price, decent finish and it looks great. I've been beating it up for about 12 weeks now and its done everything I needed it to. The knurling is pretty good, much better than most bars you find at a commercial gym, this is a nice in between those and high end powerlifting barbells for 1/2 to 1/4 of the price.

this is a nice heavy weighted bar i got this as an upgrade on the gearforfit customer service recommendation, when they saw i bought a 6ft bar to small for my rack they told me to get a 7 ft i got a 7ft regular bar but was given this one as an upgrade bonus thanks so very much guys much love
