This easy to use, bolt-on attachment offer you the ability to use both Olympic and Standard weights thanks to its 13" Olympic Chrome Sleeve, and you can toggle between 5 different positions, so you can custom fit it to your height. Additionally, 2 Vinyl High Density Rollers for the curl and 2 for the extension leg exercises increase the versatility  and further expand your full workout potential. Attachment can fit any other bench with 2 by 2 frame.
