They work well. However as other reviewer said...they are not as pictured. They dont have the supporting bottom triangle bracket. I dont think thats a problem as I only use them for shoulder or benchpress weight.

These are a tight fit on my 2x2 1 inch rack. Honestly I have racked up to 385 lbs and have had no issue with the structural integrity of these jhooks. I'm actually contemplating buying a second pair as there is no difference between these and the titan t-2 j hooks.
